AUDIOLOGIST

POSITION NUMBER: 1511

POSITION: PERM, FULL-TIME

BI-WEEKLY HOURS: 75.00

PAY RANGE: AS PER AGREEMENT

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Masters Degree in Audiology from a recognized university program
  • Possesses a license to practice Audiology issued by the Manitoba Speech & Hearing Association
  • Eligible for/or possesses the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association
  • Eligible for/or possesses a certificate in Audiology issued by the Canadian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists
  • Expertise in the areas of auditory evoked potentials and pediatrics
  • Demonstrated clinical competence
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to function autonomously

A CURRENT CHILD ABUSE REGISTRY (CARC) CHECK IS REQUIRED (THE CARC IS CONSIDERED CURRENT IF IT WAS OBTAINED NOT MORE THAN SIX MONTHS PREVIOUS TO THE DATE OF APPLICATION)

RESPIRATORY THERAPIST

POSITION NUMBER: N/A

POSITION: CASUAL

BI-WEEKLY HOURS: N/A

PAY RANGE: AS PER AGREEMENT

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Successful completion of a degree/diploma from a recognized Respiratory Therapy Program.
  • Licensed with Manitoba Association of Registered Respiratory Therapists (MARRT), or registry eligible.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in the use of various current and related software applications is an asset.
  • Recent respiratory therapy clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with professional staff at all levels.
  • Ability to retain information which is of a confidential nature.
  • Mature, professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

GENERAL DUTY TECHNOLOGIST - RADIOLOGY

POSITION NUMBER: CASUAL
BI-WEEKLY HOURS : NOT APPLICABLE

START/FINISH TIME: NOT APPLICABLE
PAY RANGE: AS PER AGREEMENT

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a member in good standing of the CAMRT
  • Good knowledge of radiographic theory and practical
  • Demonstrated evidence of teaching skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to retain patient information on a confidential basis
