(17 pre and post day beds) |
- 2 heart cath labs
- 17 beds pre and post procedure recovery area (outpatient)
- Pacemaker/Defibrillator/Electrophysiology Procedures Labs
- Pacemaker/Defibrillator Clinic
- Cardiac Clinics
- Echocardiography, EKG/Holter/stress labs

CARDIAC SURGERY INPATIENT UNIT (CSIU)
POSITION NUMBER: 1906
POSITION: PART TIME (0.7) TERM
TERM DATES: ASAP - INDEFINITE
SHIFT LENGTH: 7 3/4
ROTATION: DAY/EVENING
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CRNM registration required
- One(1) year CVT surgical nursing and/or surgical nursing and/or cardiology nursing experience required
**Nurses currently working on the Unit will be deemed qualified
**NOTE** SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE Advanced Assessment Course when the opportunity to take the course is scheduled by the employer, or as otherwise mutually agreed to between the nurse and employer.
If there are no applicants meeting the qualifications, the employer may consider an
applicant who does not meet the above qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- CRNM registration required
- One(1) year CVT surgical nursing and/or surgical nursing and/or cardiology nursing experience required
- Advanced Assessment course required

applicant who does not meet the above qualifications.

The term position is a "maternity or parental leave of absence term" which may expire sooner than indicated, subject to minimum notice of two (2) weeks or one pay period, whichever is longer
